Return Policy:

Discount Vitamin Shop is committed to your satisfaction. You may return any product purchased at Discount Vitamin Shop for a full refund. Simply return the unused portion and any additional unopened bottles within 30 days and your purchase price will be promptly refunded. Limit one opened bottle per item. Shipping charges are not subject to refund. Cancelled or refused orders may be charged a restocking fee of up to 15%.

Continental United States:

In order to maintain the lowest possible prices, Discount Vitamin Shop offers flat rate shipping on all orders $5.95 (US) via UPS ground (Effective 7/28/2006). Customers may opt for any method of shipment that they prefer offered by UPS. Discount Vitamin Shop ships only to the continental United States and we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

All orders are shipped from our facility in Fountain Hills, AZ. Arizona and Southern California customers can expect delivery in 1-2 business days. Northern California, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Utah, Oregon and Washington can expect 2-3 day delivery. All other portions of the United States can expect 4-5 day delivery.

International Shipments: (Including AK, HI, PR)

As of 10/01/2004 - In order to maintain the lowest possible prices, reduce fraud, and streamline operations, Discount Vitamin Shop has suspended all international shipments. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Discount Vitamin Shop does not ship outside of the Continental United States.

Duties, Tariffs, Taxes, Insurance

Discount Vitamin Shop ships via UPS. Insurance will be automatically taken for all orders shipped via UPS. All other methods of shipping are insured only at the buyers’ request. Discount Vitamin Shop cannot accept responsibility for International orders that are delayed or refused by customs. If an order is delayed or refused by customs, Discount Vitamin Shop will issue a refund or credit when the order is returned to our warehouse. Items must be returned in original packaging and in undamaged condition.
